We are working on our Onboarding program, and we would like to know if we can use GDP to help facilitate the onboarding process. For example, when a new caretaker is hired, we would like to be able to configure the system to automatically send a notice to technology & buildings, of the new employee who has been hired, their job title and what things are required for them in their new role (Keys, Alarm Codes, New Email, Laptop, etc). Almost all 9 english board have the same issue here. There is a need for better, more efficient onboarding.
