How can we make summer school reports accessible in Mozaïk Portal, for parents, administration, etc.

When we publish our summer school report cards (ex. 002 = 902 summer school) the report cards are generated only in the summer school (902) therefore; these report cards are not accessible in the portal for parents nor admin which creates confusion and problems. Is it possible to make these accessible the students actual GPI record and not just their summer school record?
