Allow synchronization with Assignments and Grade from Microsoft Teams

Utilize the Education API functionality available with Microsoft Teams to allow for synchronization of Assignments and Grades from Microsoft Teams to Mozaik Portail.

This would allow educators to create and collect their assessments in Teams where students are completing their work, but have Assignment and Grade information synchronized to Mozail Portail.
