I was trying to delete a rate, but I kept getting an error code saying that there was used in a basic reservation, but it gave me a ID reservation code, which we don't use in Avant Garde. So,I had to contact GRICS who gave me a script, then I had to go to my AG analyst and he could find it for me. So many steps and time to wait for people to get back to me when if the code gave me the fiche number immediately, I could do fix it right way.
