Mandatory Elective Choices for Course Selection Form

Please make all optional electives choices mandatory for parents to rank in order of preference. For example secondary 5 students, many parents are able to select only 1 out of 10 electives and submit. It would be helpful if the system would block parents from submitting a form without ranking all electives. We have included it in our instructions, but some parents don't look at them.
