Sharing of transportation information between school boards (Partage d'informations sur le transport entre les CS et CSS)

The transportation for students in our school board is done primarily by companies that we have contracts with. About 5% of our students get transported by 2 other school boards.

For example: the bus 111 from another school board is running late and there are 5 students from our school board on this bus. We'd like to contact them. At present, we don't have a direct way of knowing which of our students are on bus 111.

Environ 5 % de nos élèves sont transportés par deux autres commissions scolaires. Is there a way for us to view the transportation information involving our students?

Par exemple : l'autobus 111 d'une autre commission scolaire est en retard et cinq élèves de notre commission scolaire sont à bord. Nous aimerions les contacter. Pour l'instant, nous n'avons aucun moyen direct de savoir lesquels de nos élèves sont à bord de l'autobus 111. Existe-t-il un moyen pour nous de consulter les informations sur le transport concernant nos étudiants ?)
